This retreat is an invitation to travel with us to the heart of India. In the silence and vastness of the Himalayas, you will find space to fully feel your own strength, your light, and your joy again.
Since 2014, we have been accompanying people in discovering India's spiritual wealth. With Turiya Yoga, we want to share yoga, meditation, philosophy, and the beauty of India with you – so that your life becomes lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.
Our journey takes you to New Delhi, Rishikesh, Nainital, and Kasar Devi – places that have attracted seekers and sages for centuries. Rishikesh is considered the capital of yoga, where countless yogis and rishis experienced the Ganges River as a source of inspiration. In Nainital and the surrounding mountains, Neem Karoli Baba worked, who opened millions of hearts and shaped students like Ram Dass and Krishna Das. In Haidakhan lived the mystical Babaji Haidakhan Baba, whose message of truth, simplicity, and love still resonates today. And the small village of Kasar Devi became a magnet for artists, seekers, and mystics over time – a place where even Swami Vivekananda meditated.
Each of these places gives you not only new experiences but also the invisible presence of these enlightened souls – a silent companion that reminds you how close the sacred can be.
Together we create a space where you can let go, recharge, and reconnect – with yourself, with others, and with life. Your companions are Manu and Rahul. We combine yoga, meditation, philosophy, somatic exercises, and expressive arts with heart and groundedness. This creates a path that leads you deeper to yourself – while remaining light and joyful.
There are people who open the heart because they show us that a life in truth, love, and inner seeking is possible. On our retreat journey, we encounter not only the sacred places of India but also the traces of some of the greatest teachers and seekers of our time.

The author of Eat, Pray, Love has inspired millions because she had the courage to follow her heart. In India, she found silence, yoga, and prayer – and made the path to one's own spiritual practice easier for many people.

Babaji appeared in the Himalayas and taught the essence of yoga: Live in truth, be simple, act with love. His presence has transformed seekers from all over the world – and at his places in northern India, one can still feel this luminous quality today.

The world-famous director found his inner peace in meditation. With his foundation, he brings Transcendental Meditation to schools, children, and people in need. He is an example of how meditation releases the luminous within us – and how it can transform art and life.

Maharaj-ji, as his students called him, was a holy man who taught above all one thing: "Love everyone, serve everyone, remember God." He was the guru of Ram Dass and Krishna Das and opened the gates for Bhakti Yoga in the West. His ashrams are still places of the luminous and devotion today.

Swami Rama embodied the ancient tradition of Himalayan yogis. He showed not only in scientific laboratories how yoga can transform body and mind, but taught above all: self-control, compassion, and the return to the luminous within.
These personalities – writer, mystic, filmmaker, saints, yogis – are guides for all of us in different ways. They show that yoga is far more than physical exercises: it is a journey into the heart, into the depth of the soul, into the encounter with the luminous.
