1 Scope

These General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all Yoga Trainings, Workshops, Classes, Retreats, Programs, and Events (“Training”) conducted by the Organizer. By booking a Training, the Participant accepts these GTC.

2Registration & Contract Formation

2.1A contract is formed once the Participant submits the booking and the Organizer confirms the registration in writing (email is sufficient).

2.2A seat is reserved only after payment is completed as required under Section 4.

3 Services Provided

3.1The Organizer provides the Training as described in the course information.

3.2The Organizer may adjust instructors, schedules, locations, formats, or content when necessary for operational or safety reasons. Such adjustments do not entitle the Participant to refunds or claims.

4 Prices & Payment

4.1Fees for the Training are those listed at the time of booking.

4.2Payment must be completed within 7 (seven) days of registration.

If the Participant fails to make payment within 7 days, the Organizer may cancel the registration and release the reserved seat.

4.3Payment plans, if offered, are not a pay-as-you-go model. They are simply a method to pay the full course fee in installments.

Therefore, even if the Participant stops attending, all installments remain due.

5Cancellation, Refunds & Finality of Payments

5.1 All purchases are final. After booking and payment (partial or full), no cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are permitted for any reason, including but not limited to:

• change of mind
• scheduling conflicts
• illness or injury
• travel or visa issues
• dissatisfaction with the training or instructors
• personal or family circumstances
• inability to attend any part of the course

5.2 All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.

5.3 Only exception: If the Organizer cancels the entire Training without offering alternative dates, the Participant will receive a full refund for the cancelled portion.

5.4 If the Organizer cancels but offers two (2) alternative dates within six (6) months, the Participant must attend one of these options.

If the Participant refuses or cannot attend, no refund will be issued.

5.5 If the Participant leaves early, misses sessions, or fails to complete the program, no refund or credit will be provided.

5.6 These conditions are valid under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, as the Organizer reserves limited seats and commits resources before and during the training.

6 Attendance Requirements

6.1Participants must attend the required hours to receive certification (where applicable).

6.2If a Participant misses sessions, makeup opportunities may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion and may involve additional charges.

7 Participant Responsibilities

7.1Participants must follow instructor guidance and ensure their own physical safety.

7.2Participants should consult a medical professional to confirm that they are fit to participate.

7.3The Organizer is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence, ignoring instructions, or overexertion.

8Rescheduling or Makeup Sessions

8.1Makeup sessions are not guaranteed.

8.2Where available, makeup sessions may incur additional fees.

8.3Failure to attend offered makeup options forfeits them; no refund or credit applies.

9Liability

9.1 The Organizer is not liable for injury, illness, property loss, or damage unless caused by proven gross negligence.

9.2 Participants join and practice at their own risk.

10 Intellectual Property

All training materials (manuals, PDFs, videos, content, and recordings) remain the intellectual property of the Organizer and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.

11Code of Conduct

11.1Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.

11.2The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of the Organizer’s jurisdiction.

13Acceptance

By booking, paying for, or attending the Training, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
