6 Registration

You can register on our website by providing personal data. Which personal data is processed for registration results from the input mask used for registration. Wir verwenden für die Registrierung das sog. Double-opt-in-Verfahren, d. h. If your confirmation does not take place within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database. The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory. All further information can be provided voluntarily by using our portal.

When you use our portal, we store your data required for contract fulfillment, including possibly payment information, until you permanently delete your access. We also store the voluntary data you have provided for the duration of your use of the portal, as long as you do not delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected customer area. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

In addition, we store all content published by you (such as public posts, pinboard entries, guest book entries, etc.) in order to operate the website. 7 Use of customer data for direct advertising
7.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter

If you REGISTER for our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm by clicking on a corresponding link that you want to receive the newsletter in the future.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address registered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter is used exclusively for the purposes of advertising communication via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the responsible party mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration.

7.2 Newsletter dispatch via Mailjet

The dispatch of our e-mail newsletters is carried out via the technical service provider Mailjet (Mailjet GmbH, c/o Workrepublic, Berliner Allee 26, 40212 Düsseldorf), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you entered for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on Mailjet's servers in the EU.

Mailjet uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the sent e-mails contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. This can determine whether a newsletter message was opened and which links were possibly clicked. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct personal reference is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you object to data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Furthermore, Mailjet can use this data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR itself based on its own legitimate interest in demand-oriented design and optimization of the service as well as for market research purposes, for example to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, Mailjet does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them directly or to pass them on to third parties.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Mailjet, which obliges Mailjet to protect the data of our customers and not to pass it on to third parties.

You can view Mailjet's privacy policy here: https://www.mailjet.de/privacy-policy/

You can object to the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time by sending a corresponding message to the responsible party.

9 Use of Social Media: Videos
Use of YouTube videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube", which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

The extended privacy mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts storing user information when the video(s) are played. When the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" sets cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to "YouTube", these serve, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behavior. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want the assignment with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. When using YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is accessed, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

Further information on data protection at "YouTube" can be found in the YouTube terms of use at https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms as well as in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

10 Online Marketing
10.1 Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called cookies, which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called "Web Beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon about your use of this website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also result in transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Google uses the information obtained to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to AdSense advertisements. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense is not merged with other data from Google. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is legally required and/or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

The described data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of targeted advertising communication to the user by advertising third parties whose advertisements are displayed on this website based on the evaluated user behavior. This processing also serves our financial interest in exploiting the economic potential of our internet presence through paid display of personalized third-party advertising content.

Under the following internet address you can get further information about Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the above-mentioned option to make an objection.

10.2 Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use the Google Ads offer to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the campaign data. We pursue the goal of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google-placed Ads advertisement. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across Google Ads customers' websites. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under the keyword "user settings". You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Under the following internet address you can get further information about Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

You can permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available under the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de

Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be used to a limited extent if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie-Consent-Tool" provided on the website or alternatively follow the possibility described above for making an objection.

10.3Google Marketing Platform

This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform from the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").

GMP uses cookies to display relevant advertisements for users, improve campaign performance reports or to prevent a user from seeing the same advertisements multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which advertisements are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Furthermore, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to advertisement requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP advertisement and later uses the same browser to visit the advertiser's website and purchases something through this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge as follows: Through the integration of GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our internet presence or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

If you object to participating in this tracking procedure, you can deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com (see https://www.google.de/settings/ads), whereby this setting is deleted when you deactivate your cookies. Alternatively, you can inform yourself about the setting of cookies and make your desired settings at the Digital Advertising Alliance at the internet address www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

You can find further information about the privacy policy of GMP by Google at the following internet address: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the above-mentioned option to make an objection.

The use of cookies records user-specifically whether a completed order has taken place on our website. In addition, certain order-specific information (value of the shopping cart, individual prices of the purchased products, product SKUs, currency) is transmitted to Heureka. This allows the user process from viewing the advertisement on "Heureka.cz" to order completion to be tracked by us as a whole. Collection of order-specific information and its transmission to and storage by Heureka only takes place if an order was actually placed after redirecting to our website.

If the information transmitted through the cookies includes personal user data, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of product advertisements on "heureka.cz" and the purchasing behavior of users and thus serves to optimize our online offering.

To object to the collection and storage of your visitor data for the future, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the above-mentioned option to make an objection.
